Here at Northam Farm and The Seagull Inn, we have been celebrating the Country and Western Festival in Brean for many years.

Not many people will be aware that The Seagull Inn is actually at the centre of the Country and Western Festival in Brean. Back in the early 1970s when it was still
owned by Pontins, it was the first venue to bring this type of event to Brean which is why the Country and Western people themselves call The Seagull Inn
the “Home of the Country and Western Festival in Brean”. How things have changed in that time with now the whole of Brean taking part!

The Country and Western Festival in Brean is always celebrated from the Thursday before the last weekend in September until the first Sunday in October making
it an exciting 10 day event.

The Country and Western Music Festival in Brean is always very well attended with people coming from all over the country to celebrate this popular event.
The Country and Western Music Festival in Brean offers a variety of Country and Western music from solo singers to groups and tributes. The main venue is
The Seagull Inn but we have another smaller more intimate venue called Scotty’s bar located on our Three Acres Caravan Site.

Every day from 11.00am during the Country and Western Music Festival in Brean you can go along to The Seagull Inn and join the lively line dancing.

During the Country and Western Music Festival in Brean you can also browse around the market stalls located on The Seagull Inn car park. An excellent variety of
goods are on sale from jewellery, music, clothing, flags and memorabilia amongst many other items.

During the Brean Sands Country and Western Festival we also have special themed evenings when you can join us for a Hog Roast or a Barbeque as you listen to
the music and soak in the atmosphere.

If you wish to stay for the Brean Sands Country and Western Festival, we can offer hard standing pitches with electric, grass pitches with electric and non electric
pitches. We cater for touring caravans, motorhomes including six wheelers and Winnebagos, tents and tepees!
